News about September 19, 2008 event for Cancer Support of the Virgin Islands (CSVI).

We had a fabulously successful evening and we want to thank every one of you for your support and attendance. Julie and Mark Bryan’s home was an awesome backdrop to a perfect party, we thank you so much. Thanks to you, with 55 guests, we raised $4830. With Internat’l Capital & Management matching funds, we raised a total of $9660!

Thank you to Evelyn for bartending, Amaliah Morrissey, Wendy Erving, and Leslie Rockstein for fabulous desserts. Georganne Peters, Rae Kehoe, Julie Eaton, for delicious appetizers. Also to Linda Wright for directional signs.

Please, those that responded YES but did not attend, will you mail your checks to the Community Foundation/Dinner and a Cause. Many people could not attend the party as we met our maximum total of 75 Yes responses. It seems fair that those who said they would attend, please send a check.

A reminder: Suzanne, Eula, Terry and I purchase and prepare all the food for the parties. 100% of funds collected go directly to the charity. It means a lot to us if you would please change your RSVP if you find you cannot attend. That way others can attend in your place.

Dinner and a Cause would not exist if it were not for each and every one of you. We are so grateful for your continued support. We all share in doing our part to make our island a better place to live. Thanks to everyone! .
