News about June 4, 2010 event for One Swim and The Alternative Art Alliance.
Well, you can all pat yourselves on the back, or get someone nearby to pat your back!  Our party at Dr. Erole Hobdy’s fabulous home was a spectacular success.  We were roughly 90 in attendance and raised $5660, which will be divided between One Swim and the Alternative Art Alliance.
What a wonderful evening it was!
 
We want to thank Dr. Erole Hobdy and her family for opening their doors to us.  We cannot thank her husband, Eugene, enough for all his help in getting ready for the party and clean up afterwards. (Not to mention being a wonderful photographer!)
A very special Thank you to Mat Vacharat, Caterer and Chef extraordinaire. Our meal was out of this world!  We cannot thank him and his fabulous staff enough!  What a treat to have them provide such a wonderful dinner for all of us.  They donated their time and all the delicious food we enjoyed so heartily.  Thanks to Jen at Jen’s events for introducing Mat to us.
As always, a big thank you to Evelyn and Chari Eaton for their efficient and cheerful bartending skills
 
Thank you to Jonetta Darden for all her help in setting up, cleaning up and helping to check everyone in.
We would also like to thank the staff at Dr. Hobdy’s office who came out ahead of time and picked flowers for the tables and were so great in helping us get everything set up.
Most of all, we would like to thank you!  We are so proud that you are all part of Dinner and a Cause and without each and every one of you, we could never have achieved so much over the last 4 years.  We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
We are so blessed to live in this community and be surrounded by such a dynamic and fabulous group of women.  Thank you for being a part of Dinner and a Cause.
